4. Shipping Quotes for Freight Items

Dock-to-dock shipping will be quoted for all freight deliveries. Please specify if your facility requires any special services, such as lift gate, limited access, inside delivery, or white-glove delivery. Anchor Simulation is not responsible for any unspecified or additional services requested.
5. Shipping Timeframes
We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery timeframes may vary based on the shipping method and destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided during the checkout process or email support@anchorsimulation.com for order updates.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If tracking is not received, please email support@anchorsimulation.com for order updates.
7. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Anchor Simulation is not liable for any delays or misdelivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8. International Shipping
Anchor Simulation does not ship internationally. All international orders must be sent to a freight forwarder within the United States. Anchor Simulation is not responsible for products once they have been received by the freight forwarder.
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations for international orders.
9. Shipping Changes
Changes to shipping details, such as address modifications or delivery instructions, must be communicated to our customer service team as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for such changes.
