2. Payment Options
   a. We accept credit cards and authorized purchase orders as valid forms of payment.
   b. For international orders, payment must be made via wire transfer.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
   a. All items must be inspected upon receipt. Any defects must be reported in writing to Anchor Simulation within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

4. Taxation
   a. Anchor Simulation will charge applicable taxes on all orders.
   b. Customers who are tax-exempt must email their certificate to support@anchorsimulation.com for verification.

   a. Anchor Simulation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

6. Delivery Terms
   a. Delivery of the Goods described herein shall be FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid, and Charged Back. This means that Anchor Simulation pays freight and adds it to the invoice; the Buyer bears freight, handling, and processing costs; and the Buyer owns goods in transit. Written freight quotes are available upon request.
   b. While Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates for shipment and delivery, no guaranteed delivery or completion date is provided.
   c. Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or charge of any kind resulting from delay in shipment or delivery.

7. Product Information and Pricing
   a. Anchor Simulation makes every reasonable effort to display accurate product information.
   b. Due to uncontrollable manufacturing conditions, product colors, specifications, and warranties are subject to change without notice. Anchor Simulation is not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors.
   c. Prices may change without notice.

8. Updates to Terms and Conditions
   Anchor Simulation reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
