1. Warranty Coverage:
Anchor Simulation provides a minimum one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original shipment on all products. All reconditioned products include a minimum one (1) year warranty covering both parts and labor.
For beds and stretchers, Anchor Simulation provides a three (3) year limited warranty, which includes one (1) year of parts and labor coverage. Parts will continue to be provided for an additional two (2) years at the expense of Anchor Simulation.
In addition to Anchor Simulation’s warranty, many products may include separate or extended warranties provided by the original manufacturer that meet or exceed these terms. Any such manufacturer warranties are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
2. Reporting Defective Products:
Defective products must be reported in writing within 7 days from the date of receipt. Failure to report defects within this timeframe may result in the product not being covered under warranty.
3. Exclusions from Warranty:
This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Misuse or neglect of the product.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Customer failure to perform routine maintenance.
- Unauthorized service or repairs to malfunctioning equipment conducted without prior authorization from Anchor Simulation.
4. Routine Maintenance:
The customer is responsible for routine maintenance of the product as specified by the OEM.
5. Authorization for Service or Repairs:
Warranty coverage may be voided if service or repairs to malfunctioning equipment are conducted without prior authorization from Anchor Simulation. Please contact our customer service team at hello@anchorsimulation.com for authorization.
6. Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at hello@anchorsimulation.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images.
7. Resolution Process:
Upon receiving a warranty claim, Anchor Simulation will assess the provided information and may request additional details or evidence. If deemed necessary, Anchor Simulation will issue a return authorization for the product. Upon receipt of the product, Anchor Simulation will either repair or replace the defective item.
8. Shipping Costs:
Anchor Simulation will cover the shipping costs of warranty items.
9. Transferability:
This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
10. Disclaimer:
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Anchor Simulation. Any other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Modifications to Warranty Policy:
Anchor Simulation reserves the right to update or modify this Limited Warranty Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
