Practi-Hydromorphone™ (for training)
Practi-Hydromorphone™ for clinical training. Provide your students with the most realistic and authentic practice necessary to master the skill of hydromorphone (Dilaudid®) drug calculation and administration. In addition to being one of the most difficult-to-handle vial sizes, your students are now able to practice a variety of clinical scenarios with the simulated version of the opioid, hydromorphone, that is derived from morphine and used mainly as an analgesic, but that has a shorter duration of action and is more potent than morphine.
Practi-Hydromorphone™ 2 mg/mL comes in a clear 1 mL vial containing distilled water, allowing for safe practice with manikins and other injection simulators. Practi-Hydromorphone™ is the perfect addition to your Nursing, EMS, EMT, or Paramedic program.
