Practi-Promethazine™ for clinical training. Practi-Promethazine™ is a tinted vial that contains distilled water and simulates 50 mg/2 mL of the drug promethazine (Phenergan®) used to treat allergy symptoms, nausea and vomiting after surgery and to prevent motion sickness. Manikin safe!
